Overview
We want you to be happy with MarkFlow. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made at markdowntoword.pro, including one-time credit packs, subscriptions, and Lifetime access.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If MarkFlow isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.
To keep this guarantee fair to everyone, refunds apply when you've only tried the service normally rather than used up what you bought. The exact rule for each purchase type is spelled out below, so there are no surprises. Your feedback always helps us improve.
Credit Packs (One-Time)
Credit packs (Mini, Starter, and Value) are one-time purchases, and credits never expire.
- Within 7 days: If the credits are still unused, we'll refund the pack in full. If you've used some of them, we'll refund the value of the credits you haven't used. A pack whose credits are fully used is not refundable.
- After 7 days: Credit packs are non-refundable — but your credits never expire and remain in your account for whenever you need them.
Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. When you cancel, you keep unlimited access until the end of your current billing period, after which you return to the free daily allowance.
- Within 7 days of your first payment: If you've only lightly used the plan, we'll issue a full refund of that payment. Because a subscription unlocks unlimited conversions, we may reduce or decline a refund when the plan has already been used heavily within those first days.
- Renewal payments: Because you can cancel anytime before a renewal, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
- Canceling a subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past payments.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for permanent unlimited access, covered by the same 7-day money-back guarantee. If you've only lightly used it, request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. As with subscriptions, heavy use within that window may reduce or void the refund. After 7 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@markdowntoword.pro from the address associated with your account, and include:
- The email address on your MarkFlow account
- The approximate date of purchase
- The plan or pack you purchased (and the order/receipt reference if you have it)
We may ask a couple of clarifying questions to locate your order.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued in your original payment currency to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Digital Content & EU/UK Consumers
MarkFlow provides digital services that are delivered immediately. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal — such as the 14-day cooling-off period for consumers in the EU and UK — you acknowledge that by starting a paid plan or spending credits you are requesting immediate performance, and your statutory right to withdraw ends once the service has been fully provided. This does not affect the voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee described above, which we offer in addition to your legal rights.
Non-Refundable Situations
Consistent with the rules above, we may decline a refund when:
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase (outside the guarantee window)
- The credits or unlimited access have already been used heavily before the request
- There is clear evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we're happy to help and can usually resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
