No — your credits never expire. Whether you use them today, next month, or a year from now, they stay in your account until you actually convert a file, so there's no rush to spend them.
Should I buy credits or subscribe?
It depends on how often you convert. Credits are pay-as-you-go — one credit converts one file and they never expire, which is ideal for occasional use. A subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) removes the daily limit and gives you unlimited conversions with no credits to track, so it works out cheaper once you're converting regularly.
How do I cancel my subscription, and what happens to my access?
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us, and there's no cancellation fee. You keep unlimited access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and after that your account simply returns to the free daily allowance.
